Tara Sussman

Tara Sussman is Imubit's Vice President of People. She has more than 18 years of experience scaling high-growth companies and running HR change programs in large enterprises. Her focus is on building global people strategies that connect talent, leadership and culture to business performance, innovation and the value the company creates for customers.
She began her career as a leadership coach. She then moved into HR business partner and people leadership roles at American Express, where she led organizational change and helped bring in the technical talent the company needed for its move to digital. She later joined high-growth startups, where she built global people systems and leadership capabilities that supported rapid scale and changes in culture.
Tara's approach ties people practices, including hiring, performance management, organizational design and leadership effectiveness, directly to company outcomes. At Imubit she works closely with the executive leadership team to build the workforce, leadership capabilities and culture the company needs for its next stage of growth, as it serves plants in refining, chemicals and polymers, cement, and mining and minerals.
