Prof. Nadav Cohen
Chief Technology Officer and President
Nadav Cohen is the Chief Technology Officer and President of Imubit. He is also a Professor of Computer Science. He brings more than 20 years of experience in science and engineering, and his work in AI ranges from mathematical theory on long-standing open questions to operational systems running in production.
His contributions to the foundations of AI appear regularly in tier-1 venues such as NeurIPS, ICML and ICLR, and have earned him a number of honors, including the Google Doctoral Fellowship in Machine Learning. He directs Tel Aviv University's Foundations of Deep Learning Lab, and he advises, teaches and mentors the next generation of AI scientists, researchers and engineers.
Nadav earned a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Mathematics, both summa cum laude, in the Technion Excellence Program for Distinguished Undergraduates. He obtained his PhD, on the direct track, at the School of Computer Science and Engineering of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and was a postdoctoral research scholar at the School of Mathematics of the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton.
