Hob Hairston is Imubit's Vice President of Global Delivery. He brings more than 20 years of experience scaling global operations in the oil and gas industry. At Imubit he leads the delivery teams, with a focus on efficiency and on making sure those teams consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
His background is in digital transformation and organizational change, with a record of modernizing processes. At Dover Fueling Solutions he led initiatives in the fuel and convenience retail industry. At Mansfield Energy he led enterprise-wide innovation and growth programs.
Hob has contributed to the field of IT management through his work with the MSITM Advisory Council at the Texas McCombs School of Business. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston and dual bachelor's degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.
