Gil Cohen
CEO and Co-founder
Gil Cohen is the CEO and co-founder of Imubit. He has led the company since its founding in 2016, as it grew to apply Closed-Loop Physical AI across refining, chemicals and polymers, cement, and mining and minerals.
Gil trained as a mathematician, with a BSc in Mathematics, and as a control engineer, with an MSc in Electrical Engineering. He has used that engineering background to bring new concepts to market and to lead several early-stage ventures.
He is the driving force behind Imubit's approach, which joins traditional engineering principles with automated machine learning. He turned the company's machine-learning inventions into a product, service and go-to-market strategy built for the process industries.
As CEO, Gil set the operating principles that led to the Imubit Platform and its Deep Learning Process Control® (DLPC®) technology.
Before Imubit, Gil founded and built Cigol Digital Systems, a vendor of IoT edge cybersecurity software, and led its sale to Mellanox in 2017.
