As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the development, assessment, and delivery of uniquely qualified candidates for one of the most innovative companies in the world. You are a people-person with amazing interpersonal and operational skills and are looking to join a small fast-growing team and prove yourself as a true leader in a market defining company.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support the company’s exponential growth by identifying, assessing, and bringing top talent to Imubit. Establish, cultivate and maintain solid working relationships with internal stakeholders Develop an effective and timely communication approach that include actively keeping others informed. Streamline the hiring process and ensure a positive and welcoming experience. Ensure the implementation and execution of the recruitment function (sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing) of candidates that meet or exceed hiring targets. Help preserve Imubit’s DNA and culture as we scale quickly. Collaborate with the hiring managers and your HR team to better understand skill requirements, background and recruitment priorities. Conduct interviews by telephone, recommend and schedule candidates for further interviews. Maintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest. Own the position, grow with it, and make it your own.
- Superb client management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high volume in a high pace environment

- A self-starter and resourceful with the ability to navigate through complexity
- communication/interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of current trends and diverse sourcing strategies, including best practices in social media usage
- Knowledge of applicant tracking system Comeet a plus
- Fluent English - must!
